Physiotherapy Protocols
You can download protocols for physiotherapy from this page. Some of these protocols are for treatment without surgery ('non-operative') while others are for after surgery ('post-operative').
You should take these to your physio - don't try to do them without direction!
Make sure you have the correct one - they are very different and the wrong treatment may damage your shoulder.
